About Monica
Monica Leroux is a Licensed Social Worker who works with children, adolescents, and young adults ages 5 to 26 navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and life transitions. Having lived with her own anxiety, depression, and ADHD, she brings particular understanding to identity development and emotional growth. Her approach is client-centered, trauma-informed, and strengths-based, drawing on EMDR, DBT, CBT, and culturally responsive practice.
She is LGBTQIA+ affirming. Monica earned her Master of Social Work from Pennsylvania Western University in 2024. Outside of therapy she is at live music, hiking, camping, reading, or at the beach.
